Entry Forms
1) Complete the attached School Registration Form and return via email to Codou Samba at csamba@rohmhaas.com or via fax at 281-228-8675 or 281-544-8080.
2) Also attached is the Science Bowl and Science Fair guides. Each guide includes the rules for the respective events. Please review the guide of your interest.
3) After review of the respective guide, please complete the science fair entry form, which reserves a space for a science fair exhibit; or the science bowl entry form, which allows a three or four member team to compete. Entry forms for both competitions must be received by February 5th 2007.
